Refund and returns policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Vowryn. This policy describes our commercial returns process and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

30-day commercial return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, clean and in its original packaging, with any included accessories. Contact us before sending anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

How to request a return

Email vowryn@hotmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. Do not send a parcel to the business address without written return authorization; unauthorized parcels may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will work with you on the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

Non-returnable situations

We may decline a commercial return where an item shows wear, damage caused after delivery, missing components or misuse. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
