Vowryn ships jewellery and accessories to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia, subject to the destinations and rates shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, promotions or peak periods, preparation may take longer; if this happens, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, customs, remote-area delivery or events outside our control. When tracking is available, we email the tracking link after dispatch.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Any taxes, duties, brokerage fees or import charges not included at checkout are the responsibility of the customer where applicable. Please check the rules of your delivery country before ordering.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please review your address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, contact the carrier first and then email us so we can assist.
