These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vowryn online store and your purchase of products from us. By using the store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products, descriptions and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, materials, colours, measurements and images accurately. Small variations may occur between screens, batches and photographs. Products are subject to availability, and we may correct an obvious error or cancel an order where required to do so, with a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices and currency are shown at checkout and may vary by market, taxes and selected delivery method. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the order total shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges your request; it does not guarantee acceptance if the product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error occurred.

Order cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has entered fulfilment. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use our content or services to harm another person. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or our rights.

Intellectual property

Vowryn and its names, logos, product imagery, copy and design are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other service providers may process information or provide parts of the shopping experience. Their own terms and policies may also apply to the relevant service.

Liability and applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable or outside our reasonable control.
